Estimated Delivery:

  • UPS Ground takes place 1-5 business days after order shipment
  • UPS Ground Saver takes place 2-7 business days after order shipment
  • Business days are defined as Monday- Friday not including weekends & holidays
  • UPS is an independent 3rd Party which we have not control, oversight, or direct contact
  • Chapman MFG isn't responsible for UPS delays, lost or stolen shipments

If the UPS tracking shows the shipment is "Delivered" and it has not been received:

  • UPS Ground:
    • Wait 24 hours from posted delivery date
    • Search all entrances, bushes, garages, and consult business management or front desk if you are located in a multi-unit complex
    • Check with neighbors and confirm that the order was not held by them or delivered to them by mistake
    • Verify that the tracking details are correct and double check the delivery status
    • If the order has still not arrived, please contact to discuss the next steps.
  • UPS Ground Saver:
    • Contact your local post office as they are responsible for final delivery
    • USPS has a GPS tracking system that takes pictures of deliveries which we cannot access
    • The local carrier will have the most current information regarding where your package was left/ any problems with the delivery
    • In our 10+ years of experience, shipments are found the most quickly when the recipient contacts their local post office
