Shipping policy

Estimated delivery: 

  • Per USPS, delivery takes place 3-6 business days after order shipment 
  • Business days are defined as Monday - Friday not including weekends & holidays
  • USPS is an independent 3rd party which we have no control, oversight or direct contact
  • Chapman isn’t responsible for USPS delays, lost or stolen shipments 

If the USPS tracking shows the shipment is “DELIVERED” & you didn’t receive it:

  • You need to contact your local post office
  • Your local post office is responsible for final delivery 
  • USPS has a GPS tracking system that takes pictures of deliveries which we cannot access
  • Your local mail carrier has the most current info such as where the package was left/problems with delivery 
  • In our 10+ years of experience shipments are found the most quickly when the recipient contacts their local post office directly 

International Orders

  • Please be aware that additional customs or duty taxes may be applied. These charges are beyond Chapman's control. Thank you for understanding.
